Presto Pressure Cooker Canner Pressure Cooker / Canner Size... Bigger Better?

Pressure Cooker / Canner size... bigger better? - presto pressure cooker canner

I think my a pressure cooker is the main reason for the manufacturing industry (liter / liter), but who knows, you might love these things and use it all the time. At this time, 4-5 bottles of room at a time, probably the rule, which can also handle. My question is about the size of the performance, the difference between Amazon 16qt vs. 23qt Presto is about 13 bux. I was originally for 16, but now I'm wondering if I should get the 23?

There is no reason * not * You get more than I probably need? There are no real negatives with a large pot, for example, if I wanted only a small amount can do? (2-3 liters).

I use a lot and 16qt mainly for reasons of time, because the pressure cooker of your stove and oven use must be greater than is greater than the eye can focus so it takes longer to heat and cool, so if you make just a few to a time, I would with 16qt are otherwise interested in, are not really in my opinion, too.
