Vitamin C Foundation recommends that you actually 3 grams of vitamin C per day, which should consider much more than most health experts has recommended. 100 mg per day is sufficient in most cases, or even 30 or 50 mg per day, but at least 100 mg per day is much better. 1 or 2 grams per day well enough and perhaps up to 3 grams per day. It is generally recommended that you should never be more than 1 g or 1000 mg as a single dose.

Your body eliminates that vitamin C is needed every day, because it is soluble in water and the rest is excluded, of course.

Too much vitamin C (more than 3 g or 3000) can cause kidney stones mg per day, and beyond that vitamin C is also a diuretic.

A high intake of vitamin C also means that your body absorbs more iron.

Vitamin C is not toxic! The B-vitamins as well!

RDA is not enough!
You're right! Do not worry!

Vitamin A & E can be toxic in high doses!
Significantly higher than the RDA!
